Good morning! Yes, Janice, it's so very heartbreaking to think of the suffering in Haiti. I have been praying for the survivors and for those who are there working to relieve the suffering.
God demonstrated His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us ... being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. Romans 5:8 & 9
I agree... what happened in Haiti is so heartbreaking... it's unfathomable to me to even begin to comprehend it. Will be keeping them all in my prayers.
Finally had some decent gallery time this week. Here are my favs:
Jan, you are a kindred soul. My eyes have been glued to CNN most of the week. Times like these make me feel helpless. My gut says to go down there and help, but my heart knows that is not feasible. I bet many of us feel that way.
I didn't get a whole lot of gallery time this week, but the two that I favorited are FAB!
lovelightandpeace - Honeysuckle Sweet ~ this just rocks on so many levels.

Somehow I only managed to pop one card into my Favourites this week.
jaydekays's Air Mail - fabulous use of colour.
We had no water for one day - it's nothing compared to Haiti. We've been hearing from a friend who visits there regularly to help with a clean water project - so I've seen before from her photos how bad their water is to start with, never mind after such devastation.
Thank you, Rita, for recognizing my Soft Summer card...you really made my day!!
You're very welcome, Wanda!

Finally had some decent gallery time this week. Here are my favs:
Unfortunately, my gallery cruising time was limited this week and when I do cruise the gallery, it's not just for this week alone, so you will see some card creations that members did a few weeks ago or even a month ago. I hope this isn't breaking the "rules," but look on the bright side, you might see a card that you otherwise missed and you'll love it!
Jacksonbelle Bling Challenge by Jazzytobi is a favorite of mine this week too. Her gallery is full of funky and fun cards that I believe combines a great clean and simple style yet adds just that one perfect element to it to make it stand out.

Since I found my way back to this thread, I'd better start keeping some favs!
Here are a few that I remembered commenting on during my surfing today (while I was on the train going into Manhattan with my DD to see "Bye Bye Birdie" )
