Heat was winning here too! An Irish heatwave is nothing compared to what you have over there, but with temperatures in my attic ranging from the mid-eighties to mid-nineties I haven't been on the computer too much.
But I do have a few favourites : two sympathy cards (something I've been needing a few of recently), and something to help me feel cool.
I haven't had nearly enough time to stroll through the past weeks gallery, but I did find some amazing cards. Ladies do yourself a huge favor and check out the 3 creations that Peggy (jasonw1) has uploaded.
*** Fuzzy Slipper Happy Dance!! *** THANK YOU Linda for letting me know THREE of my cards/projects were chosen as FAVS OF THE WEEK !!! You made my face hurt from smiling so much :0) --- thank you all that choose me and my "They say it's your birthday" candles,
"Clip, clip, hooray" paper clips, and my "Serenity" card. Having you notice my work is a big deal to me esp since there are soooo many talented people on SCS and thank you soooo much!! WOO HOO !!! Happy me --- :0) Candee Porter
Susie(Australia), thank you for listing my card among your favorites. (I always enjoy your references to what time it is there...I'm starting a day, and you're ending another.) I appreciate your special recognition. Hugs, Sallie

Linda, thanks so much for adding my card for Bridger, that lil guy sure needs a lot of prayer. Thankful also that your hubby is doing so great. Boy, what a week for you all! Will keep your family in my prayers as well. Hugs.....

My Favorites for the Week
Well, Nana Banana has really had a rough week. Another accident to my left eye with two scratches to the cornea this time I just didn't see that little hand coming. So long story short, I did not create any cards this week. I had the contact bandage over the cornea removed on Friday. Another check on Tuesday and the doctor thinks it will be 85/90 % healed.
But it didn't stop me from looking through the gallery - Aargh! Here are some of my favorites this week.
Hi Susie, you are so, so sweet to mention another one of my little Sassy Cheryl cards in your favorites... thanks for making my day special! this was such fun to put together, just had to smile at each of these little faces!
I am late once again entering my favorites. It is another HOT Sunday...I guess it is just summer...what happened to Spring? One of these days I am actually going to get cards made with all the cool SPRING stamps I have..
A happy girl am I this morning/afternoon as I find I am in the favorites on this wonderful Sunday. Thank you's and hugs go out to Stacy ( JBgreendawn), Jennifer (mother's daughter), Robin (Stamperrobin), Susie (susie Australia), Susie (PaperPunchScissors), for listing me in their favorites today! Thank you susie australia for listing all three of my card postings last week and mother's daughter for listing two of my cards! I am an incredibly blessed woman! Thank you and hugs to Vicki (vdm) for the notifications!
