What a nice surprise this snowy Sunday. We have been without power for 5 hours and it just came back on. I was starting to get withdrawal from my SCS habit! Thank you Peggy (jasonw1) for including my card in your list this week. It really was a nice surprise. Thanks also to Mary (jandjccc) for letting me know. Here are a few of my favourites this week. I am beyond thrilled to have my card Auntie Eleanor's 96th birthday in this week's favourites, and really humbled to be included along with all of you super talented artists. When I uploaded my cards I didn't even expect one comment because I'm so new at this, never mind this honour!
My gratitude goes to both vdm - Vicki, and jasonw1 - Peggy for mentioning me. You have made my day, no - the whole week! Thank you, too, to jandjccc - Mary for notifying me. What lot of work you do each week!
I have some cards in My Favorites I would like to mention, although I know I missed a lot because I was away for a few days. Ohhh, I hope I get this part right! I've never done this before.
Another group thank you for the kind mention of a card of mine among your favorites: Lesley, summerthyme64, Sue(Mrs. Noofy....there are so many Sues), and Jo. You all added a little more sunshine to my day. Thank you! Vicki, you are a dear for your ever vigilant notifications....thank you. Hugs, Sallie
Wow thank you so much Stacy (JBgreendawn) and Peggy (Reddyisco) for mentioning me in your favorites! Also thank you to Heather T for her incredible inspiration and tutorials. It's a cold gloomy day here in Ohio and it certainly feels a lot brighter thanks to you. Also Stacy thank you for the notifications.
Oh my goodness, I am just overwhelmed that another card, 60th wedding anniversary, was mentioned in this thread. I... I just don't know what to say but thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please know, jasonw1 - Peggy (my new friend) and pvilbaum - Pat, that your recognition of this newbie's work (fun!) means more to me than words can ever say! It's all so encouraging since I so rarely get feedback for my cards. Thank you!
Also, thanks to jandjccc - Mary for letting me know. You are so kind and generous to do this every week!
Hugs to all, and enjoy a wonderful week to come.
My name is Marguerite Rose, but everyone calls me Peggy

Wish I could insert one of those "doing the happy dance" smilies to let Nancy (stiz2003), Vicki (vdm), Pam (Pam MacKay), Jennifer (mother's daughter), Pat (pvilbaum), and Vicki (summerthyme64) know how much they made my day by taking the time to favorite and list herein a few of my cards. I'm truly honored by you talented ladies. Thank you so much!
Thank you, Linda (Holstein), for letting me know. I'm sorry to hear you've not been feeling well and hope you are better soon.
Oh, wow! Thank you Pat for favoriting my Flowers for Fab Friday. What a smile you've put on my face! And thank you Brenda for letting me know! Ya'll are the greatest! Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Hope you can get some stamping in. Hope I can get some stamping in!
It's a very cold but sunny day here (minus 42 with the windchill!!!). And some wonderful stampers have truly warmed my day and heart! Thank you Nancy (stiz2003) for mentioning my Old Stamps Old Technique card; thank you Andrea (AndreaBari) for mentioning my CAS203 My Funky Valentine card; and thank you, thank you Vicki (summerthyme64) for mentioning my Grace and CC409 Graffiti Love cards. An amazing start to my week!
Stacy, I really appreciate the time you took to let me know!
There have been so many beautiful cards the past two weeks. I think maybe because valentines seem to be lacey, vintage, flowery, and girly. I did favorite quite a few but I like to just pick one or two for my best of the week. So this one is my pick of the week.
Thank you so much Lesley (Marleygo) for taking the time to mention my Sent With Love card! It is always so special to see a card you make mentioned in the favorites thread. I can't wait to send it to my sister. And thank you ChaosMom for letting me know!

Just getting in from a busy day. I wanted to thank Pam MacKay, Jasonw1/Peggy and Mother's Daughter/Jennifer for the mention on my card Thinking of Summer. I so appreciate you taking time to list my card in this forum. Its an honor and I thank you. Thanks to the notification team. You all do a great job.
Jennifer, that means so much to me that you mentioned my card. Having just returned to stamping after a year and finding myself all thumbs doing what used to be simple tasks this honour lifts my spirits.
