Stampin' Up! has a fb page. I'd bet if you start typing in some of your favy companies or something with paper crafting more will show up and you can check them out.

I just went on facebook and searched for "paper crafts" and got some results. The first one was Paper Crafts Magazine and if you select that they also show links to other sites like spellbinders, splitcoaststampers, etc.
I am not sure if you are looking for groups that a person started or a group started by a business. I don't know of any personal papercrafts group, but I like a few "business" groups.
My two favorites are Penny Black group, and Whimsy Stamps.
Edited to add: I just realized the links I posted are actually called "pages". Not sure about groups.
