Well, I did exchange one, but it was the day after the promotion was over. Just hours after it in fact. I had tried to submit a last minute order for the one that my sister wanted and figured I would try to return the one she didn't want later. But then the credit card authorizing machine went down and my order was canceled. I called the next morning and explained that my sister had ordered the one with the baby carriage when she was pregnant and then she miscarried and she had forgotten and she was really upset. So they agreed to exchange it for one of the other sets on the promotional list. They were exchanged at the promotional rate. I don't know how they would deal with it now.
