Ever Order From Scrapbooking Warehouse?

Placed an order with Scrapbooking Warehouse on Dec. 4 and as of today, I still don't have it. Emailed them on the 10th and was told it was shipped and I was sent a tracking number. Tracked the package and it left their facility on the 11th and after the 13th, there is no more information on the DHL site so I have no idea where it is!!!

Has anyone ordered from these people before? I won't again.

Have you contacted DHL? Tried putting the number into the USPS site (I think DHL has a version of smart post)? Contacted them back to tell them it's MIA?

I've ordered from them and had no trouble - shipped quickly. Hope you are able to track down your package.

It was in Georgia on the 14th and I live in North Carolina. I tried tracking thru the USPO but they don't have any record of the tracking number.

I think your best bet is to call DHL and to speak to someone.

I have ordered from Scrapbooking Warehouse a number of times and I am very pleased with their service - never had any problems. I also like their prices
