Ever order from Paper Angel?

I placed an order with them on August 24th. Just wondering how long they usually take to ship an order? The website says 7-10 days. So far it's been just over 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them regarding if my order has shipped.

Has anyone had any problems with them or should I just sit and wait patiently?

I ordered a personalized stamp from them during a sale about a year ago. I don't remember exactly how long it took to receive but it was a long time. I actually emailed them to ask if there was a problem. They answered the same day and I received my stamp about a week later. I think some of the problem is that the stamps are individually made, so there usually isn't stock on hand. I did feel it was a reputable company. HTH

I have and never got my order. I had to go thru PayPal to get my refund as they we're unresponsive.

Oh wow, Amber, thanks for that info! I guess I was lucky - I won't be ordering from them again! It's not worth the hassle.

I have ordered from them quite a few times. Yes, they are slow to manufacture what ever I order, but I have always been so happy with their product that I don't mind. They always provide a choice of bonuses and last time I ordered, I got 5 additional personalized stamps and 2 art stamps for free. I ordered different names on the freebies to give as birthday or Christmas gifts that were very well received.

They also purchased a new etching machine that produces beautiful stamps. Since I know they are slower than molasses, I never order anything I need quickly.

Thanks for your replies. I'm really not in a big rush or anything. I just ordered a couple of Christmas "stamped by" stamps to finish off my Christmas cards. Plus I think I got two free ones also. Just gonna sit back and be patient I guess.

I have ordered from him at least 4 times and was happy each time. I think that he is a one man operation and he makes the stamps one at a time. Sorry, I don't really remember how long it took to get my order.

OP here.....well I checked the mail today and still nothing. So I decided to give them a call but they weren't opened yet so I left a message. I got a voicemail back saying that they were gonna "put my order up to the front and send it off to the engraver" so they hadn't even touched it yet. UGH! Probably gonna be a few more weeks. Oh well.
