Default Envelopes-Best place to buy

I need to purchase about 200 A2 size envelopes for wedding invitations and the same amount of A1 envelopes for RSVPs. I have ordered from envelope.com in the past. Do you have any favorite online stores where you are pleased with the product and the customer service? Please share.

Thanks so much. Mary Lou

I bought mine at ClearBags
I've bought from them twice. 1000 envelopes each time, though I'm pretty sure you can buy less at a time.
Each time, I bought 1000 of these cream, A2 envelopes:
Natural, Premium Opaque 5.5 bar Envelope 5 3/4 x 4 3/8" (50 pack) [E121] - Premium Envelopes - Envelopes - Stationery
I'm very pleased with the product, and had no reason to use their customer service. The envelopes came in a timely manner I think, though I'm not sure because both times I was not in a hurry to receive them.

I have also heard good things about Heinrich Envelopes but haven't bought from them personally.

I like Paper Source. The envelopes are nice and thick and also will withstand layers of paper within. So, they're pretty tough in the mail. They also have a nice assortment of colors. I have ordered from the supplier Waste Not, for wholesale. But, Paper Source is the retail place that carries their envelopes. I will go to them for short orders.

I did work with Envelopes.com in the past. They actually made a mistake on my order. But, they had great customer service and was able to resolve the issue quickly.

Thanks for the information. I placed an order with Clear Bags. Lot more affordable than envelopes.com. Hopefully the service and quality are equal or better. If not, I'll let you know.

The site at Clearbags frustrates me so much! I don't want the invitation envelopes in the link above, with thepointy flap, I want the A-2 ones with a square flap like SU. I have spent a ton of time looking, and I can't find them.

XpedX I have one semi-locally so I go once a year and get a box of white A2 and a box of cream A2. There are 250 per box and a box is about $15-$17.

They are nice quality and have the square flap so that I can use my liner die with them.

What is the quality of the envelopes at Anchor? Are they fairly thick, or are they really think like the envelopes that come with cards at the dollar stores?
