Default The Envelope, Please!

Can anyone tell me where to get clear envelopes that will hold both a card and a mailing envelope? Something that would look nice to display cards. Considering a booth at a high school festival and can't seem to find anything that is just right.

You could also try cellophane card "jackets", which are designed to hold the card and the envelope.

I thought those envelopes were the same size as mailing envelopes, and what do you mean by a topper?

I use the large flat cello bags folded over and taped with clear scotch tape.
