Default DSP Gift Bag

I use to have a great pattern for a gift bag made with 2 pieces of DSP. I kept the file on my laptop but it died and took my file with it. It was a great pattern. Anyone have it? A few simple scores and folds and a great bag.
Any help would be appreciated! TIA

Here's a good tutorial for a bag using 2 sheets of 12 x 12 paper. Scroll down a bit to see the pictures. It looks really simple and turns out cute:

Bugga, I checked that one out. It's not the one I had made before but sure looks like you could make any size you want depending on the size of the box you use! Thanks for the link!

Judi, that's the basic idea of the pattern I had before, except it was a 12in dsp. I think I can get it from this basic idea. Thanks for doing the leg work for me!
