Is dry-wall mesh acid free?

Okay, I did a search and really did try to find the answer myself, but can someone tell me, is dry-wall mesh acid free and safe for scrapbooking. I'm sure that I've read it is, but would like some back-up from the pros!

Probably not. I wouldn't use it in my scrapbooks but I will still use it on cards. Hope this helps.

That's my guess, too; prolly not. I did some searching, but couldn't find anything definitive. :(

if you use the fiberglass mesh then it IS NOT acid free....if you use the one that doesn't have fiberglass in it then it is acid free.
