do you use an envelope template?

just curious if you use an envelope template (ex. Kreat-a-lope, SU) for cards/invites or do you buy pre-packaged cards and envies? I see posts about the Viking website..do you order envies from there? thanks in advance. I really want to make my own cards and want to start the easiest way.

I LOVE envelope templates! I have every single one I have ever seen on the market.
My new fav is SU mini envelope template. You can make some adorable envelopes with it!

I buy my normal envelopes from Staples or Stampin Up. The only envelopes I make are the tiny ones you can stick on cards. I find that making your own envelopes is more expensive and time consuming than just buying them. JMO
