I have a sheet with instructions for the recipient of the easel card, an illustration as well as text to show how to set it up. I'd like to have something for a double easel card. Not everyone who receives these cards know what to do with them.
I know the last time I received a "complicated" card from a manufacturer it didn't come with directions but with an illustration.
After getting caught at Christmas with needing directions for a telescoping/easel card, I think if you have access to a printer a quick photo of it set up printed black and white on copy paper would be a good compromise. You can size it down so it just slips into the envelope or adheres to the back.
I have hesitated to make these cards for this very reason. If you could post where there are directions on how to set up an easel card I would really appreciate it.

I made an easel card for a friend recently and wrote out instructions and even showed her how to do it but in the long run it didn't matter because she cut the card up and framed the picture instead. It's a huge compliment I know but all that work to make the card ...!?!?
