Default digi images

I have noticed some of my favorite stamps can be purchased via digi image instead of buying the stamp itself.

My question is if anyone has purchased any and how do they print out?

If you just print them out with an ink cartridge - can you still color the image with copics etc?

Thanks,

I do! And...You can copy them at a copy center, too!

I've been using digi images and having a ball with them. I use my photo editing program and use the wallet size templete and then print them out. I color them using my prismas and goo gone and have had no smearing ( but I do try to print them out before hand to give the ink a chance to dry and I print on economy setting...less ink to absorb in the card stock( oh and I use the Walmart Georgia Pacific 110lb cardstock and it works wonderfully) I don't have copics, but I've read that they do not smear. They will never replace my stamps, but I'm really enjoying the versitility of the digital images. There have been several threads here on SCS pertaining to digi stamps recently...you may want to take a look at those too. HTH!

I have been using digital images for almmost three months now. I print them out at wallet size on Georgia Pacific 110 lb card stock, sometimes I use Stampin Up whisper white. I have a HP inkjet printer and have had no problem smearing when using copics or prismacolor pencils with gamsol. I tried watercoloring and it smeared, when I heat set the image it did not smear.
Give them a try, you'll love them. There are actually a few freebies to try listed here in general stampin talk if you do a search.
