Hi all! I put my application in the mail yesterday. My demo doesn't have a website so I had no choice. I made sure to tell the lady at the post office that it had to be in SU's hands on the 30th and she said it should be delivered this Friday so I'm hoping there won't be a problem. Personally, I would have preferred to sign up online so that I would know eveything went through in time, but my demo has chosen not to have a website and since she's been good to me, I felt obligated to have her as my upline. Now I just have to sit on pins and needles wondering if everything will go through smoothly. Anyway, I heard last week that the starter kits are 1-2 days behind on shipping. Has anyone heard if that is still the case, or has it gotten worse? I know that I have a while to wait, but I was curious.

Did you send it with delivery confirmation and/or expidited shipping? I would have, just to feel safer. Shipping is 2-3 days right now so you'll have a bit of a wait especially with the holiday thrown in there, sorry! I know it's so hard to wait for the stuff...happens every single time I order:-)

I just sent it first class. Post office said priority mail would MAYBE get it there 1 day faster. I paid 61 cents to mail it first class, it would have cost $5 to ship it priority, and I could have mailed it overnight for over $13. I just couldn't see paying over $4 more for priority so that "maybe" it would get there 1 day quicker. I do, however, wish I would have sent it "delivery confirmation". I think it stinks that they offer this promo until Nov. 30th and then says it has to be in their hands on the 30th. It should be that if it is postmarked by the 30th...you're still okay. I can't help it that my demo doesn't have a website, and then when I was ready to mail it on Monday, she asked if I could please make copies for her. I didn't mind doing that, but it did put me another day behind.
Denise, congratulations on signing up! I know waiting is frustrating, but I can assure you that waiting for your kit is hard regardless of how long it takes, lol! I remember doing mine my mail as well, because it was before the online process was even available.
One thing you can do is contact SU directly by calling 800-STAMPUP after a couple of days (allowing for Thanksgiving holiday). You don't need to wait to actually receive the kit before being able to be a demo. Call them and, once they've got your app and you're in the system, they can give you instructions on how to access the demo site with your demo id number...you'll be able to track your kit's progress.

Interesting! I don't always know how the PO works (or doesn't always work, hehe) :-)
It does stink that your demo doesn't have a website but not all of us do. We have to pay each month for it so some don't think it's worth it. I didn't have one until a few months ago...I pretty much lose money on it but I like having it for a customer that moved and maybe one day I'll make some money on it;-)
SU is usually "must have it there" by such and such date. I know it's been that way for other sign up deals in the past and even contest entries I think. I agree with Betsy, give them a call and get your number anyway so you can explore the website! Good luck and happy not-so-patient waiting, hehe!
