Default Cuttlebug users......

Can you tell me if the 6x6 inch new folders will go through it..........the cutting/embossing pads measure a bit smaller that 6" but there does seem to be a little room on each side. Thanks in advance..........I've got my eye on the trees from the Holiday catalog but don't want to order if it won't fit.......Diane

I would double check your measurements. My cuttlebug and embossing plates measure less than 6 inches, there is no way a 6x6 folder would fit through it.

If it fits for Love2Craft's CB it looks like CB's are not all similar in measurements.

I have the 6 x 6 brick wall one from SU, and it does fit through my cuttlebug.

Thanks for all the feedback. My plates are definitely a bit smaller than 6x6 but it looks like there is a bit of wiggle room.........I had a sudden thought and tried a 6" envelope and it did go through without any bending or creasing so I think I can safely order the folder.

it depends on the folder. I have an old machine and the opening is just a tad over 6". I have a folder that will go through - but just barely. It's a bit of a snug fit. Can't remember which one. And then others that go through no problem.

I have one of the original Cuttlebugs and I recently got the new SU trees 6x6 folder and it goes through fine.

I have a 2 year old machine and the brick folder does fit - it fits one way, if I turn it a quarter turn, it doesn't fit.
