I love when companies act smart and nice!
I ordered some backgrounders and they sent me one I did not order and omitted 2 I did order.
Result? Keep the one I didn't order and they'll send me the other 2.
Now they have a very loyal customer. I was sooo dreading the post office trip to return the stamp!

They are a great place to order from! I haven't had any problems with any of my orders, and they are usually very quick to get here. It is nice to hear that they fixed the problem is such a nice way!

i recently placed an order with CHF - my package contained a few extra stamps. when i contacted them, Liz explained they had a promotion that included a free stamp. even tho i didn't see it on their website, nor asked about it, they included the freebies. how COOL is that?

A bunch of new Asela Hopkins stamps are coming out tomorrow at Cornish. How do I know???...
Because Asela sent them to me for free for no good reason!!!!! Now I just have to get off the computer and use them. Gorgeous trees. I mean the weeping willow is to die for!!

Asela is darling. I'm lucky enough to live in her town... well I was here first she lives in my town, and anyhow she is super nice.
I have ordered from them and got great stamps, shipped quick too.
I really need to order some of the newer background stamps. Also I'm a kim hughes fan and dont' have any of those

I recently WON a gift cert for CHF and couldn't wait to use it on some of Lisa's new backgrounds! I got the Lined Paper and Polka Dots and one of the older ones with the trees; when the package arrived, I thought it was the wrong order because I didn't recognize the first few things I took out...turns out they were FREE stamps thrown in with my order! I had read that they were giving away some retired stuff but forgot all about it til my order came; what fun!!!

TFS! I've purchased from CHF and have always been very happy with my purchases and the customer service. Emails are answered quickly and they are always so helpful. They're free shipping offer is a real bonus too.

You won't regret it! I love the CHF BGers and it's amazing how often people think it's DP when you use them on your projects. The deep etch means you get great results from them, too!
I'm on the other side of the Atlantic and I've had great service from CHF. My last order reached me in six days! OK, the postal services did their bit but Liz and team despatched super-fast and this was during their January sale when I'm sure they had loads of orders to deal with.

I'm another happy camper CHF stamper! So far I've only purchased backgrounders, but I absolutely love them. And yes, I've been very happy with the promptness of their service, too. Lisa, it sounds like y'all are batting a thousand on SCS!

Has anyone used CHF's mounting cushion for acrylic blocks? Just wondering how it fares compared to the original EZ Mount cushion. With their awesome shipping deal I may just order from them.

The mounting cushion that CHF sells is the same that they put on their stamps and it is high quality. It clings well and holds up to repeated and repeated use...ask me how I know!!! LOL

Yes. You need some of those stamps! ;) I absolutely adore that they look so beautiful colored or not. That image reminds me also of a photo of my Gramps, Earl, who shared his love of fly fishing with both his sons . . . WOW. I'm sure gettin' sappy--I guess that image just really speaks to my heart . . .

I'd be a little leery of buying rubber stamp goods off any Cornish hens out on the street and what not, but, hey . . . ;)
