Cool caribbean...how will I ever? (read as silly)
survive come July 1? How will I live without Cool Caribbean? I can order mass amounts between now and then. But how will I know how much to buy? What if I order 10 packs and it's just not enough? Where will I get my stash? I wonder if there will be Cool Caribbean dealers out there supplying us junkies come July 1?

10 packs?
I think I'm being ridiculous, but I don't have much of a choice. This is a color I use A LOT. So I am seriously thinkin of ordering 10 packs now, 10 packs in the spring. Then when the paper is gone, it's gone and I guess I try to find a replacement or just live without it. Won't be the end of the world, but in my stampers world, it will seem like part of something is missing!

I agree. The next year's set of In Colors had better have a really neat color in them, maybe a lime green? That way we'll get to go through all this fun and addiction again.

IKWUM. I've been carefully limiting my use of the one pack I bought so far . . . and it's shrinking . . .
I better just bite the bullet and stock up.
I will kick myself if I don't, and they never re-issue this color--which I think would be CRAZY-CRAZY on their part, but I've seen stranger things . . . :p

Could they be doing this on purpose? Bwaaahaaaa!!!!!!! Making us all stock up, then telling us they are keeping the paper? Grrrrr.
Do you think 20 packs of paper is too much? Will it last 2 years, 10 years? I don't know. I guess I will bite the bullet and just stack it away somewhere in my house. My DH is going to kill me when he sees a paper order of this magnitude come into this house. He'll think I'm off my rocker!! But how am I to make my Fishy Friends cards without CC?? No other color will work. The fish swim in this color of water. Ok, some swim in the cold North Atlantic, but my stamps are of the tropical kind!!

thats exactly what i thought.
when the catty came out i thought ... well it is a year. haha... now it is only 6 months until they "maybe" are not available anymore and i havent even ordered all in colors.
i will from now on add every month one pack of cardstock and ribbon of the incolors to my order sheet. hopefully this will be fine. it would kill me if i had to buy everything in june specially when i need my money for the new stuff

CC is the BEST color. I LOVE IT. Is there a chance that they could bring it back or is it a done deal? If it's a done deal, I'm stockin' up!

Don't they sometimes introduce some In Colors to the regular colors once and a while? I am still relatively new to SU! (less than a year)....sorry if this seems like a silly question.

Hmmm...I wonder if I see a new job in my future...
DH, "What's with the trenchcoat?"
Me, "Uh, nothing...gotta go!"
Run out of house down to street corner...
Fellow SCS, "So, uh, you got the stuff?"
Me, "Yeah, but it'll cost ya!"
Flash open my trenchcoat and reveal several packs of Cool caribbean cs.

The InColors are brand new to the SU! lineup, so we have no precedent. However, they did make good on their promise that zero SAB and hostess sets were going to make the next year's catalog, so I'm confident that when they say one year only for this special family of colors and then six new ones will take their place that they mean it.

Have you girls been sneaking into my thoughts!?!?! OMG! - I just broke open my first package of CC the other day to make a birthday card for my mom. I was thinking to myself 'hmmmm I love this color, I should order more'. LOL this is all after only using 1 sheet of the cs!!!

Has anyone even addressed the idea of how many reinkers you're gonna get?
Too bad we can't get a volume discount!

Would CoolCarribean CS and reinkers be a good investment for my bonus check?? I was thinking of gold or a cd, but maybe I could get a better rate of return from you guys.

Personally I'm tempted to stock up and then buy a few extra for ebay. Evil thoughts... ;) But just imagine what stamping endeavors could be financed by a few packs of cardstock!

I have all 6 In Color. I only used some of True Thyme and Cranberry Crisp (they are my favorites) and haven't even opened the other 4. I'm afraid I'd run out of em lol! Maybe I should order more during SAB! I already have long shopping list but am waiting till SAB so I could take advantage and get 4 SAB sets at once.

Will you be traveling to the US with your handy trenchcoat??
I have already used a whole pack and have 1 more coming next week. I think i'll go with Claudia's idea and order some every month. I have 1 reinker but I think that i'll get 2 or 3 more...is that enough??
It is pure torture to give us this beautiful color that is so unlike any of the SU! colors and then take it away from us!

I know SEVERAL people wrote letters to SU begging them to keep the in color ribbons and they listened. Maybe we should all do the same for Cool Carribbean, see if we can save this wonderful color!!!!!! What do you think?

LOL I have been avoiding the In Colors because I have an addiction problem to things like that, I would truly have a case of it stashed if I got addicted to those colors because I would know they would be out come July, LOL.
I know I can't be the only one with that problem. I know when the discontinued list comes out every year I break out in a sweat.

I thought that at first too, but I figured it out today, it's about .50 a yard. Not that bad really. Especially considering how pretty it is!

Maybe this is why I can't break down and order some of the InColors...if I like them too much, I'll be sad too. I have cranberry and buckeroo b/c my upline gave them to me...but I'm really itching for some of that marigold color...
