I wonder how many people besides me have/had an outrageous subscription list after posting so much?
FYI- if you want to tame it -
Click on your orange name at the top right side of the screen, the List Subscriptions on the left side of the screen. From there you can delete a ton of them that you aren't interested in anymore.
Time to go check the mailbox now...I bet it's full too :(

I know what you mean! All my subscriptions get sent to my email and clutter it up...I wonder why you automatically "get subscribed" when you post?
I figured out that when you "go advanced", there is a drop down option so you don't have to subscribe to every thread to which you post. It's helped a lot!

You can change your preferences so that doesn't always happen automatically.
Go to Quick Links > Edit Options.
Under Default Thread Subscription Mode, pick another choice from the drop-down box instead of Instant Email Notification.
But if you change that setting, then you need to Go Advanced and opt in for the notifications on specific threads that you do want to subscribe to when you post in them.
if you're in the quick links section, click "subscribed threads", you see all you've subscribed to. There is a little box at the end of the subscription beside the notification column. Click on each box for each subscription you want to delete. At the end of the subscription list, on each page, there is a little section that says "move to folder" there is a down arrow, click on that and you will see an option for "delete subscription" -- then press "Go". All the ones you have clicked on, that have a check mark, will be deleted.

And if you click on the box at the very top of this column, it will select all the threads shown on the page and you can go down and deselect the ones you don't want to unsub to.
I'm subscribed to 582 threads right now... make that 583. I suppose I ought to clean that out. I haven't done that in a long time.
 I'm subscribed to 4,566 threads. (And now this one, too! lol!) I have my settings set to NOT get email updates, and I use the drop down menu on the thread to add the email updates to certain threads, like BST or swaps.
