Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites for the Week Ending July 29,2012
Happy Sunday! What an exciting time this is! I don't know where to look...in the amazing DTGD galleries or the Olympic competitions! Serious ADD going on in my house
Welcome to the Clean and Simple (CAS) Favorites thread. This is the forum for pointing out CAS work that evoked a wow, a sigh, a smile or that just tickled you. This has been an amazing week for CAS. Take a look at what I found:
JD from PAUSA's Wishing You Strength is peaceful in color and image
DandI93 showed more serenity (and cool technique!) with her Peaceful Flight
Biggan showed us that In Flanders Fields beauty awaits
Jeanne S makes an elegant statement in Celebrate Everyday
hobbydujour's Wishing You has an art gallery look
Miss Minx's Masterpiece is where clean meets over the top
Benzi captured the essence of an event as well as any graphic artist in her Music Festival Blues
stampingout left me in a quandary...do I love the image of her Berry Special or the background more?
Reddyisco's Two Birdcages is a silhouetted feast for the eyes
Understandblue's Live in the Sunshine has given me a severe case of technique envy
susanbri's Double Florets uses a special paper to inspire a beautiful card
shmyrick elegantly embosses an extraordinary image in Gratitude
SophieLaFontaine has been celebrated quite a bit lately here on SCS...Miss You is a great example of why
Clownmom's Diamonds and Pearls is as elegant as it sounds
catdidit used fun coloring to make a die cut into a fun, special card in Shadow Town
and finally I'm glad that Loll Thompson had such a good time with the CAS challenge sketch this week...both Watercolor Birthday and Loll-i-pops really floated my boat!
Now it is your turn. Did you find some special CAS cards in the gallery this week? Why not give a little recognition and share them with the rest of us! Even if you have never joined in, use the instructions for linking cards in the post below...it feels so good to pay it forward!
Thanks to everyone who makes cards and to those who share them with us...your inspiration is so appreciated. Have a peaceful week.
My time is not mine to have, but mine to share

Thank you, Marie for mentioning both my Watercolor Birthday and Sweet "Loll"-i-pops cards - so sweet of you!! And thank you Nancy, for mentioning my Oak Leaves card - you are a constant inspiration, my friend!!
Thank you Karen for all the time you dedicate to letting everyone know - you bring smiles to a LOT of people!!
Here's my favs for this week ... the gallery was smoking, so the list is long:
I listed Karen's card as one of my favorites in the general "Favorites" thread, but realized I should mention it on this thread since Karen is such a master of the CAS style. Her card really touched me personally.....and not because of peanut butter.
Thanks so much Loll for mentioning my "For the Birds" Christmas card. Don't you just love this fun, whimsical and versatile set.....and being mentioned on this awesome thread. Thanks too Karen for the heads up. Happy stamping my friends....
Thanks so much girlgeek101 for mentioning both my Watercolor Birthday and Sail Away with me cards!! Thanks also to Julie (Juliestamps) for mentioning my Watercolor Birthday and Sweet "Loll"-i-pops cards!! I am truly honored!!
Thanks Karen for the notifications!!
