Default Chinese Banner Symbols

I have the "Chinese Banner" #CR1010 by Stampabilities. Was wondering what the symbols mean. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, Sue

OK, I'm Chinese, and I have no idea what those characters when put together that way mean. And the way the characters are written, it's like it's missing a stroke here and there.

I just asked my colleague in Shanghai. He said it's traditional Chinese so he's not sure but he thinks it says something about a magic mirror.

Thank you all for your help. I also e-mailed Stampabilities and hopefully they will have an answer. Wish all companies would put an English translation on their stamp sticker when using a foreign word or symbol.
