Cello Bag topper measurements

Searched the forums and couldn't find this--when making cello bag toppers (the large size) what are your measurements for your toppers? Thanks!

I guess it depends on what I'm putting on the topper. If you are going to use a standard wheel, you can just make it 3 inches. That leaves 1.5 inches on each side that go over the top. Then just add 1/8 inch to the side measurement.
For example, if the bag has a 3 inch opening on the top my topper would be 3 inches by 3 and 1/8 inches.
