Just curious if anyone knows when the pre-ordered catalogs will be sent. I pre-ordered as soon as we were able and it's been in "shipped" status for over a week, but no way to track. And now I see that we can buy a single copy and expedite the shipping. I was really hoping they'd be shipped once the convention started so they would get to us not too long after it was over. Don't really want to buy just one when I have a whole set coming.
Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere. I'm a newbie and I've been waiting soooo impatiently for this catalog - especially with all the spoilers going on on these threads. :p
However, once one person receives thier box, there is a reference number on the box, and the rest of us can track the shipments via the UPS website - and track our catty's by the reference number and zip code.
I got an email on Monday morning saying mine had shipped- I so hoped it would come today with my other order, but no luck. Maybe tomorrow! I, realistically, expect them early next week though.
I spoke with Demo Support Wednesday about a separate issue and my support person told me that single catalogs and preorders were suppose to start shipping Thursday. I asked if there would be a tracking number since they listed on the UPS tracking number 'submitted to supplier'. And she stated that SU is working on assigning tracking numbers and that we would receive word when/if it happened. I assume that we would not see an actual tracking number until they left the supplier's facility. Here's hoping! Jen
I have a guestion on the catalogs. In years past, they have been bound with the wire coil for demo's. Are the catalogs that were given out to demo's at convention wire bound, or glued paper bound?

Convention cattys were spiral bound. All other catalogs will be standard binding. You can get your own spiral bound at your local office supply store

I received my box of catties on Friday. They were mailed (in Canada) from Calgary the day before. Oh, and I received a Canada Post tracking email to say they had been sent on the 31st and would arrive on the 1st.
