ECG line, easily hand drawn, start out with the heart rhythm and lead into happy birthday (clear as mud?) google ecg test strips

Did this one for a firefighter friend's birthday & the other for a promotion to Lieutenant, there is an embossing folder that looks like the diamond plating on most emergency vehicles, I've run that through with aluminum foil.

I have seen a die that is an EKG strip.I don't know who makes it but I remember watching Sandy Allnock making a card for OWH with it.

I used Dr. Feelgood by Gina K as a get well card. Would work with happy birthday, too. You could use a stethoscope, cardiac monitor, blood pressure cuff, etc.
