Default Card in a Box - Bracket Trick

Not sure if anyone else figured this out or not, but thought I wld share.

Love the Card in a Box, but struggled with getting the brackets inserted and not making a mess with glue all over everything.

This method allows you to add the brackets as the box is open.

Hope the attached makes sense to everyone.

Thanks for that, have been thinking of making one of these, they look fun. If I use your measurements, what measurements would the box be, is there a tutorial or instructions to make the box?

I used a combination of the instructions provided here: Watercolor Wonder Card in a Box by smithr66 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

and here: Just Sayin' Card in a Box by serenestamper - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers

I found 3 1/8" brackets just a bit too long as they bowed. The first link makes an A2 size card.

Here is a document I created based off of smithr66's (Nancy) tutorial that contains a combination of our photo's. Nancy agreed to let me post this for others to use. Thanks Nancy!

Just a note too -- on the tutorial here on site, I added measurements for an A2 size card in both horizontal and vertical orientation. They're in the 'Variations' step below the video.
