Default Can you tell how this card was made?

I am not even sure how I re-discovered this card in my faves...
However, I cannot quite determine how the bg was made. I did learn that she used the foxy oxi technique, which uses the oxi laundry supply, and I understand that part. What I am trying to figure out is how the subtle design was incorporated. Could it have been stamped in a collage type design before the ink was sponged? Or afterwards? Is it regular cs or glossy?

I am pretty sure the artist Kim is no longer around SCS, but I am hoping there is some one who can help. TIA for your suggestions

I think the link is to a private gallery because I can't open it or maybe to the demo side?

sweet summer time by Kim Van De Riet - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
you might be able to see this one, it's just in her member gallery.
Looking at the list of stamps I'd say she used those on the background.

Thanks for letting me know. It was in the Fan Club gallery. She had a link to the "original" and maybe this will work:

She mentions a technique called Foxy Oxy. Its in the resource section if you're interested in looking at it: Splitcoaststampers - Foxy Oxi Technique Tutorial by Beate Johns

Thank you sooooooooo much for the link to this most-gorgeous-of-all cards. When a card is that artistic, it's like hearing Jessica Sanchez sing on American Idol this season.........such talent arrived via their genes. I always feel like we got away with something when we see such talent on SCS, like we should have had to pay admission to view their art.

From my own experiments with foxy oxi I definitely didn't use glossy card. I don't think that card looks like it, either. And I think the collage images were probably stamped first, as they look slightly distressed. Maybe it's just the style of the images and the soft colours, but if it had been done after the oxi part I'd expect them to look stronger.

Thanks for the help. I know I can never duplicate this, but I would certainly like to see what I can do! Some day...
Sabrina, thanks for helping with the link. Looks like we were here at the same time. I just did not think about the fan club situation.
