Can you change a digi image to SU RGB colors in Photoshop...

Hello! I finally was able to learn to color my line art digis! Thanks to all of you that helped me .... Now, is it possible to change my digi image to the SU colors using the RGB codes in photoshop? If possible, how do you do this.

Yes, first you need to get rid of the white parts, I use the magic wand to select them and delete. Then go to effects (the little f on the layer palette). select color overlay, click on the color box and enter your rgb code.
