BIG CONTEST! WIN BIG! I'm hosting a contest like LunarLana did last year--it was so much fun!
The theme for the contest is: Holiday (Christmas or Winter)
Please send your card (full card please) along with $1 per entry to participate. The money will be used for the prize pool, and the winners will get COLD HARD CASH to USE AS THEY PLEASE! There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winner. The amount will depend on the number of participants!
All cards MUST have your name and e-mail address on them (you can either put your sticker on the back of them or write it on a post-it note). All cards will be donated to my husband's unit in Iraq after the voting is done so envelopes for the cards are welcome! You can either write a message in your card for a lonely soldier, or the cards can be for the troops to send home to their family and friends during the holidays.
So get stamping and get your entries in! The due date for the contest is October 31st. Please send all entries to me at:

I will be having my friends vote on the cards and the three favorites will receive a check (dollar amounts vary depending on how many participants join the contest).

I was not part of SCS last year, but this sounds like fun. I think I should be able to come with at leasat one design to send in! I think that it is great that you will be sending them to the guys and gals in Iraq. I have some friends there and I know they appreciate everyones kind thoughts and prayers!!

I will TRY MY HARDEST to get one done and sent...I have about forty deadlines.....UGH...LOL But this IS A GREAT CAUSE!!!!! (and I have new Inky Antics Snow Stamps coming!!!)
Actually, I'll post ALL of the cards I get on a big display board (just like Lana did) so you'll get to see ALL of the entries Then I'll scan the winners into the gallery.
What a GREAT idea, thanks for posting it; glad it was bumped cause I missed it til now! I'll try to send in some cards too; God bless our soldiers (and bring them all home soon!).
