Need some opinions here. I want to purchase a typewriter stamp set. I have seen and liked the Stampin Up one as well as the Hero Arts set. Any others out there that I should look at and which one do you think is best and why? I only get to buy one so want to get the best of a great bunch. Thanks everyone!
Which is best and why...Hmmm, I guess it really depends on what YOU like. If you like vintage and clear (photopolymer) stamps, then I think this one is best. If you prefer modern, or wood-mounted, or something else, then this wouldn't be the best. I like this set the best 'cause it's a clear stamp set, and it's vintage. A combination of my two favourites.
I think it comes down to personal preference. I wound up ordering the set from the Stampin Up Occasions Mini. Liked that I didn't have to color it, and it has a bold, simple design that looks easy to cut out without having to buy a die. And Mary Fish (aka Petal Pusher) posted some awesome cards made with it in her gallery and blog!
Thanks to everyone! I am looking at all of them and have a feeling that it is going to be a really tough decision! Also found a great one at Impress. Love that one too and all the word stamps I can buy to go along with it. I wish I could order at least two of them.
Love the SU set. The typewriter image is a classic looking image which I prefer and needs no coloring! Now SU needs a classic telephone image or does anybody have another suggestion?

Here is a really cute telephone set from MFT. It includes the die, too, but is kind of pricey:
