To clean the stamps. Should work I have never used them but my daughter does all the time. I have already used window cleaner w/ a drop of veg oil to condition them. I just put a couple squirts of window cleaner in a shallow dish & drop in the oil, dab the stamp & wipe on paper towel. However the square paint pads you can pick up @ hdwe store work really really well w/ stamp cleaner. I bought a bottle a long time ago and I am still using it. Want more info pm me. Also, I saw on SCS somewhere a recipe to make your own stamp cleaner. Hope this helps.
I use my stamp cleaning pad but it seems to get so dirty. I thought blotting the stamps on a wipe before the cleaning pad might keep the pad from getting so gross>
Once it says no alcohol you should be good to go. I use the baby wipes first, and only the cleaning pad for detail stamps where there still seems to be ink in it even after the baby wipe.
Also, the cheaper (alcohol free) the wipe the better, since they have less cotton. This will leave fewer fibers behind when you clean with the baby wipes.

I use simple green-no alcohol in it. Should not use anything with alcohol.

I love Meijers and Target brand wipes for my stamp cleaning. I know the rule is no alcohol but I keep checking wipes and haven't ever seen one with alcohol. Maybe that's a thing of the past and we don't have to watch for that anymore?

You are probably right when it come to baby wipes...it doesn't make sense that they would have alcohol. There are "general" wipes out there are aren't make specifically for use on infants. I imagine they may have alcohol.
