Are they pending charges that will drop off after some time, or actual charges? A call to your credit card company might help.
Also, Jenn posted that Dave in Customer Service was working on through a group of over 600 emails, and I'd bet there are at least 2-3 times that many now. So, the response won't be immediate.
I'm sure everything will be worked out for you, but it is hard to wait!
