Default Another PTI question

Well, I tried 3 times to order before the release. I used the points that the new site said I had. My cc was charged 3 times, each time using the points that the site said I had(which I believe was wrong).

I got no order confirmation.

Should I expect to get the three orders or not?

What should I do?

I would send a detailed email to customer service explaining what happened - and hope for the best. Can you contact your credit card company and see if you were actually charged 3 times? Maybe you could cancel the orders with them if you were actually charged for several orders.

Good Luck I wrote an email early this morning about issues with a coupon that runs out tonight and no response and I doubt I will get one. I am an SU demo and if I called them with a problem it would be handled immediately.

In one of the threads, Nichole or Jen said "if you have an order number, you have an order". So if you have three order numbers, it looks like you have three orders.

Definitely try emailing CS or posting on the forum for an answer though. Good luck!

I don't have any order numbers, just 3 charges to my credit card.

Are they pending charges that will drop off after some time, or actual charges? A call to your credit card company might help.

Also, Jenn posted that Dave in Customer Service was working on through a group of over 600 emails, and I'd bet there are at least 2-3 times that many now. So, the response won't be immediate.

I'm sure everything will be worked out for you, but it is hard to wait!

No, none of them is pending.

I know he has a lot of emails to go through, so will be patient.
