I need some help and am hoping someone out there can help me. My sister- in-law asked me to make my nephew's birthday invites. He will be turning 2 and she wants to do a pirate theme. I so much love the Ahoy Matey set that i would love to do his invites with those stamps, HOWEVER i dont want to purchace the set for one time use. Here is the Help part: If someone would be so kind as to stamp one copy of the set and either e-mail or mail to me, then i can copy that onto cardstock and go from there. Please, help me if you can. I will be forever grateful. :-D
It's not a one time use if you're making more than one invitation - seems a bit cheeky to be asking for one image which you will copy multipte times. In fact, it's just plain wrong.
If your sister in law wants you to use that set then she should buy it.
Have a look on the Sell/Buy/Trade forum here for someone selling it .. you buy it, use it then sell it again. Su sets hold their value quite well and it will end up not being such a big expense.
Diana, please don't worry. We all make mistakes. It is usually against the policy of most if not all stamp companies to print out multiple copies of a stamped image. If all people ever did was ask other people for stamped images then companies such as SU would cease to exist.
You would be better off seeing if you could borrow the set from somebody or as the previous poster said have your sister purchase the set. She could resell it easily if she decided not to keep it.

I was in Michael's one day and found a cute pirate set and only paid about $5 for it. It was located in the bins that they have. Try there maybe. It has about 7 or 8 different stamps included in the set. Very cute!

Geez, don't bite the woman's head off. She simply didn't know the policy. She's not a felon.
hahaha. I've been stalking this thread. I was thinking the same thing!! Poor Diana. None of us think you'd do anything wrong, knowing about it. I wish I had this set---I'd just send it to you!!
