6 X 6 page protector card holder

I recently saw a 6 X 6 page protector made into a notecard holder. I now cannot find it. Does anyone know where that is and how to do it. I would greatly appreciate any info you have. :mrgreen:

Have you tried searching for it on this site? Just enter what you're looking for in the search box. There are many examples on the website.

Tried that I have searched and searched. I have only seen one picture of it. I thought maybe someone would remember seeing it too and point me in the right direction. When I do a search I come up with everything but that.
