Default $3700---not too bad, right?

Long story---short. I used to be a Stampin Up demo a few years ago but I ended up selling ALL of my stuff (yes, you read that right ALL of my stuff) Right now I have nothing, zip, zilch, nada!!!

I got a catalog from my friend and I have been going crazy writing down EVERYTHING that I would want from the catalog. Now I didn't say, everything that I would BUY. But I made myself a HUGE wish list and I just added it up last night and it came up to $3700!!!

Now mind you, that was all ink pads, markers, cardstock (both 8x11 and 12x12) ribbons, punches, big shot & dies, brads, buttons, stamps and accessories. Plus a few things from the Holiday Mini.

Ahhhhh---a person can dream right? Maybe Santa will leave a $3700 gift card under the tree this year? LOL Wouldn't that be a great day when the brown truck rolls into the driveway!!!

Just think of the hostess benefits you'll get when you spend that gift card! ;-)

Oh....if I added in ALL the other stuff that I would love to have (Cricut Carts, storage, idea books, etc) I'm sure it'd be up towards $10,000!!! LOL But that $3700 was just out of the SU catalog.

I think you're going to need a bigger gift card really soon – there's a new Occasions mini that goes live January 1st, and Sale-A-Bration begins later in January!

I got to thinking, if the world is going to end in December (2011 or 2012, depending on who you listen to) shouldn't we buy everything we want, charge it, and enjoy it before we die and the bill comes? Just a thought... ;)

Sounds like a plan! Guess we'd better narrow that date down, eh? Maybe we need a credit card with a low intro rate just to be safe? Of course, I can think of a lot of non-stamping stuff I'd use this "financing' plan on, too.

Do you think the credit card companies'd be understanding about it, should the world continue? I think they should be.

Oh if hubby only knew that we could easily buy another Harley with all that I've spent on my stash. Somethings need never be discussed in a marriage.

3,700?!? Wow! I wish I could get that much stuff. I say get the essentials and slowly add on. When sale-a-bration comes, you might be regretting spending that much. I know I was when I bought a simply scored at a workshop a week before the online extravaganza. Such a big mistake...

Hi Carol,

Sale -A-Bration is set for January 24 - March 31. It's nice to have it cover such a good chunk of time. Feel free to send me a PM if I can answer any questions!
