Life is NOT a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely BUT...to skid in sideways, chocolate in hand and screamingWOOHOO-WHAT A RIDE!
My hubby got me the Lawn Fawn Snow Day paper pack, along with store bucks to use at my local stamp shop. I thought that was so sweet of him, especially considering that stamp stores are not exactly familiar territory for him (kinda like how I feel in a bike shop! LOL) He also got me the new book from Jenny Doh called "Creative Pilgrimage", which looks really cool! Can't wait to go shopping!
Awe...you got some great stuff! But as a cyclist and a stamper, I can tell you there are some fun things to buy in a bike store, too! ;)
I actually had only a couple of stamping related things on my list, and I got one of them -- a Sizzix Secret Weapon. My foam mat was looking rather ratty and inky. My daughter-in-law must have read my list!
I only had 2 things on my wishlist, a Silhouette Cameo and speakers for my truck. Wasn't really expecting either one because of the high price factor but low and behold, there was a Cameo under the tree yesterday morning! He is also paying for a Club Silhouette subscription and upgraded to the Designer's Edition of the software. I was so excited that I cried....and hugged him and kissed him and cried some more He has NEVER gotten me a crafty gift in all of the dozen or so years that I've been avidly paper-crafting and beading. I was truly surprised!
My son bought me the WRMK gift bag punchboard

Aspire to be a better person than you were yesterday
I have a birthday right after Christmas (yesterday actually) and I have the most amazing husband in the world. He's always been so supportive of my crafting and this is what he got me for Christmas and then my birthday:
4 stamps (two Bellas, one Art Impressions and a Prima doll stamp)
2 Copic Color Guides
A set of chalk inkpads
5 MS punches
5 packs of Spectrum Noir Markers
A ream of Neenah white cardstock
and a Big Shot!
I can't believe it! I am on a spending freeze now until I use all my new toys and my existing stash!
