Default What's the easiest treat container/box to make?

I need to make treat boxes for my DD's valentine's class. I have to make about 25 and they are for Kindy kids. I'm more concerned about easy & quick than I am fancy & detailed. I don't want to do cellaphane bags with a topper. What would be the easiest to do? Any links would be appreciated. TIA!

ETA: I'm putting candy hearts in them, so nothing big.

I've never made any containers before. Is it better to use a heavier cardstock or a lighter patterned paper?

I used acetate to make the sour cream containers here:

I would suggest cardstock or heavier weight dp, depending on how much candy or other goodies you are stuffing in.

If you do the 2,4,6,8 boxes, I suggest cardstock weight paper

I guess it's a matter of personal preference but, for the heart shaped box here, I would use 160gm card or thereabouts. (You need something to "support" the weight of whatever you intend popping inside). For boxes in general I always use heavyweight cardstock. It's a case of experimenting to see what suits you really.

They still look cute even if you don't use a crimper ~ I made one at my SU demonstrator's house and didn't even think of crimping it until she suggested it. I think the crimper just gives it more of a finished look. And if they're for kids, I'm sure they won't even know. ;)

Wow, do you ever learn something every day on this board. I don't have a crimper, but have always admired these little containers. I had no idea they would work without the crimping, but looking at the tutorial, I see they are stuck together with tape before hand. Thanks for the tip to make them "uncrimped."

Martha Stewart had a cute Heart shaped box on her website. She made it on her show and it was really cute.

I have a small container for Hershey's snack size bars (or Laffy taffy) on my blog under January. You can get 3 from 1 piece of CS.

In lieu of a crimper, you could make two score marks on each end.
