Default SU on ebay?

Are demos allowed to order & sell merchandise on ebay? I'm looking through one person's stuff for sale. They have tons of current new in package stuff as well as retired SU & other brands of stuff - mostly brand new. This person seems to have more of a shopping problem than I do! Just wondering.....

Hi Leslie, SU demos are NOT allowed to sell current merchandise on eBay - but once it's retired, then they can sell it on eBay or at their own stamping event, garage sale, etc. If the person is a demo, they could lose their demo-ship over it.

But customers ARE allowed to do whatever they want with their stuff. And I know that sometimes the sellers have demos that "supply" them with the stuff. It's sad that people don't follow the rules... :-(

That is sad. I suppose the person could just have a shopping habit that is out of control but they're certainly not making that much money on the stuff to resell it.

Frequently we never really know the circumstances of garage or e-Bay sales.

I went to a garage sale and they had quite a few SU stamp sets for sale and a few were current and unused. The man running the sale said his mother had passed away and they were selling her things.

Maybe someone lost their job and needed to raise money.
