Default Stampin Up products on Ebay

Quick question...does Stampin Up allow their consultants to sell current products on Ebay? If they do, is it by auction or do they have to use the Buy it Now option?

Thanks!
Suz

I'm not an SU demo, but I believe you are NOT allowed to sell items on websites like Ebay, Etsy, etc as a consultant. You may be able to sell current catalogs, but not stamps or supplies. If you're a demo, read through the agreement.

No, you are not allowed to sell current items on any site but the SU site. Doesn't mean people don't do it :(

Thanks, ladies. That's what I thought, but I wanted to double check before I opened my big mouth.

I've seen a LOT of current sets on eBay - some people for close to full amount as Buy It Now (those are probably hobby demos trying to make their minimum) and sometimes in auctions starting really low.

I bet some sellers try to get around it by posting "I am not a/an _______ consultant." I see quite a few of those.

I don't quite think it's fair to say that it's hobby demos....it could be anyone...speaking as a hobby demo.... :-)

I have started selling off my retired stuff lately so I can buy more stuff and make some room :-)

sorry, I didn't mean anything bad when I mentioned hobby demos... just heard that some of them have hard time to make their minimum..

I have nothing against people selling SU stuff on eBay... SU is getting too expensive and I love to get a good deal by buying used

From some of the prices I've seen on Ebay for current products, you can actually buy from a demo cheaper! Also if it is current, and it doesn't work, you can easily get it replaced, can you do that with a purchase off e-bay?
