I am hitting St Louis for a QUICK trip this weekend. I am so sad that I won't be able to hook up with any Scs'ers while I am there (I Would love to hang with Showmestamper again! Beth rocks!). I drive there on Friday morning/afternoon, go to see my bro & family, meet my friend who is flying in on Saturday morning, go to the game & the botanical garden exhibit on Saturday which will be SO fun now that Fox changed the time of the Cards game and come home on Sunday!
I am hoping to hit a scrap (preferably stamp store) on my drive into St Louis on Friday. I know about the one in St Charles but are there any others that are worth searching for?? TIA!

There is Red Lead on Manchester http://www.redleadstl.com which has all things crafy, much like Rock, Paper, Scissors (one of my favs) in St. Charles. There is also Page Makers in Chesterfield Valley, Memories Unlimited on Manchester (by Wal-Mart). Enjoy, and welcome to STL.
My favorite stamp store is the Ink Spot which is just a few minutes drive from Red Lead. http://www.inkspotofnatalie.com/
There is also Archiver's at St Louis Mills - this is a scrapbook store with lots of stamps.
I too like Rock, Paper, Scissors.
If I had a limited amount of time I would visit Red Lead and The Ink Spot as these two stores are less than 3 miles apart in distance.
Enjoy your visit and have a safe trip!

Are you coming down Hwy 70? Theres a couple scrapbook stores in Columbia, MO if you have the time to venture off the road a bit ( i live 30 miles down the road in Jefferson City ) There is the Scrapbook Gallery and Show-Me Scrapbooking. I havn't been to a lss in along time in St. Louis. Have fun at the game!!! GO Cards!
Please note that Red Lead has changed its name to Paperworks, which is the only name showing on their sign right now. They are still in the same location on Manchester Rd. in Kirkwood.

I just got an email from Red Lead Paperworks that they are having a Girls Night Out on Fri. 9/29, 6:30pm w/free demos, wine, chocolate and published artist Nancy Curry who I believe is doing a class on sat. The website shows the class but not tomorrow night's reception. Their classes and demos always look fabulous. Too bad i do not live there.http://www.redleadstl.com/
I attempted to find the scrapbook stores in Columbia but my car broke down so I gave up!
I did find the Inkspot in Kirkwood. that store is FABULOUS! She has a nice selection of A Muse, Lockhart, Inky Antics, etc. I spent some $$ there!
I also found ROck Paper Scissors which is an ok store. Too Artsy for me but she did have a Lockhart stamp I wanted and some neat background paper that I had not seen.
