Default Stamp press

My husband found me a very old ( VERY heavy) die cut machine base that is perfect for using as a stamp press for those hard to stamp realistic stamps. Do you think there would be a need for one in the general stamping world? I love the looks I can get with this thing..like on this Friends matter by Inkin One at Splitcoaststampers

I know fiskars makes a press..but I was wondering if anyone had anything else they use to press thsoe difficult stamps..[/URL]

Really like your card! The detailed stamp looks like it stamped perfectly.

I always had trouble getting a good impression with large background stamps and detailed stamps so I ended up buying this:
Speedball Press - BLICK art materials

I like your "repurposed die cut machine bottom" a lot better - the price sure is right ;)

I have the Speedball Press as well. It did solve my background stamp problems.
