Hi
Will be in San Antonio and i found a Stamp Store called Stamp Antonio, are their anymore that wouldn't be to hard to find. Will be in the Northwest area off the Loop
While travelling, I found Stamp Antonio a couple of years ago by accident. They had a wonderful selection of stamps. Check them out if you can.
Sorry, but I don't know of any other stamp store in that area.
I LOVE Stamp Antonio!! It's a great store and the ladies there are very willing to help if you have questions. I know there's Scrapbook 911 in San Antonio (www.scrapbook911.com), but I've never been and can't make any claims about if it's good or bad or if they even have stamps. Sorry.

There's also Scrapbook Heaven on Bandera Rd outside of the 410. And several Hobby Lobbys, depending on where in the NW you are there's one on Bandera Rd just a few blocks from Scrapbook Heaven and one at the 1604 and Culebra. Out of all of them though, for stamping Stamp Antonio is the best.
I went to Stamp Antonio when we were in San Antonio for our oldest son's Air Force graduation.. every stamp I was looking for they were sold out of so I went away not too happy. I did find some gel pens and bought my glue pen there and have been happy.. The lady that was there was so very helpful and I think that she felt bad because of being out of stock on every stamp I wanted to buy.. I didn't buy any stamps that day. There was a scrapbook store that me and my mom had so much fun shopping at.. I don't know the name of it.. but I know we had to drive way down some road, take a left at the light near a McDonald's and it was on the right hand side.. it was really big ~ I did buy some stamps from them. The lady there was very friendly and helpful. I also seen that they had a Hobby Lobby and maybe a Michael's too.. but when we spent all of our available time visiting our son and when he had to return to base, we headed out to hit the stores.

Thanks for all the info. I am sure i will find something. I know i will be close to Stamp Antonio, and i printed maps off of all the Hobby Lobby's and Michael's in the area. I am going to make a stop in Austin on my way home and go to Archivers. I think it is about 10 miles out of my way, but i may not get back down that way for awhile.
Wish me luck finding some great finds.

Oh Archivers is worth it, I've only been there twice because it's such a long drive from San Antonio. I love taking classes though and Archivers has great classes.
Someone might be able to send you a link to an Archiever's coupon.. I am not sure how that works.. I do get emails, but don't keep them and am so far from one (went to the one in St. Louis one time).. be sure to have coupons for Hobby Lobby (you can use them on the Cuttlebug stuff) and Michael's too ~
happy shopping! Pam

I don't know if i will go as far as Salado, i will turn off 35 onto 79. I will look at the map and see. Thanks so much for all the great info.

Ah, no, you won't make it to Salado. HOWEVER, there is a great scrapbook store at I35 and 79 called Scrapbook Fever. It's in the shopping center with the Gattiland. As you're facing Gattiland, Fever is to the far right, almost at the end of the shopping center. The ladies there are great too!! hth.
