Is anyone else experiencing a problem accessing PTI forum and store websites? When I try to go to either one, I wind up on some domain website. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.

It's official...I'm a stamping addict (second only to my "being a grandma" addiction)!
I ordered from their release this month and when I hadn't received my order I checked my paypal and no charge had come through so I emailed days ago and haven't received a reply yet- I don't think my order went through but didn't want to order again and have a double. Something must be hinky.
Their domain name registration expired yesterday, which must have been an oversight. As soon as they figure it out, it could take 24 to 48 hours to get the DNS (domain name servers) operating correctly again. It's not possible to email them about the problem because the mail servers for their domain won't be working, either.
Thanks for the explanation. I looked on Nichole's blog, but she doesn't seem to have a way to email her. She, of course, goes to the forum daily to answer questions, so I'm sure she is aware and working on fixing the problem (I hope).

Yeah, I noticed this, too. Thought I must be going crazy- how could a company that large forget?!!?
I was told the domain is not expired. Sounds like it might be something up with the domain company. Julie and Nichole are hard at work figuring out what is going on. Seems to come and go for me.
The Papertrey website will be fully functioning within the next 2 hours.
Our domain name was renewed two weeks ago, and the domain company waited to process the charges affiliated with that until this morning. Unfortunately, our credit card that was used for the payment was closed on Friday due to some fraudulent activity that we experienced. When the domain company attempted to charge the now closed credit card, they obviously experienced difficulty.
We have now contacted them and provided them with the replacement credit card and all is well.
Thank you to everyone for making us aware of these issues and for your patience.
