Ok Ladies I need some help with a poem/birthday note!!!

I am on the PTA Staff Appreciation committee. I'm in charge of birthdays!! The second week of every month I will put birthday cards in the teachers boxes!! I have been racking by brain trying to come up with something cute to put on the inside of the card to tell them where to go to get there special treat, but can't come up with it!! Here is what I have so far. Please someone change it up and make it cute!!!

I'm on hospitality for my PTO. What's the treat? Also, what type of stamped gifts do you give at holidays??? I'm looking for something cute, inexpensive and fairly easy to assemble. Love the poem. I'm CASEing it!

Thank you so much for the great ideas!! We are having cake!!! We have a cake caterer on our committee!! I'm making 2-4-6-8 boxes with candy corn and Hershey Minis for Thanksgiving. I'm doing one coaster and one tile magnet for Staff Appreciation week. I'm also doing these cards each month!! I think they are going to be very spoiled this school year!!
