wow.
My thoughts exactly. I have a lot of Jewish friends and could really use Judaica. Disappointing. Overall the whole catalogue was a bit of a snore, actually. I do like the new colours, but many of stamp sets are uninspiring. Especially considering the plethora of online stamp retailers. I wish SU would produce a large set of famous quotes.

Default Sorry to say, I am disappointed too.

I have been using SU stamps/CS/Inks exclusively for at least 12 years and now find myself with a wandering eye to other companies and their products.
I can't really put my finger on what it is, maybe all the new sets just remind me so much of the sets I already have. Maybe? I don't know.
I always love the cattie for the layout ideas, but is it just me, or does there seem to be very little of Scrapbooking layouts this time?
Maybe my tastes are changing, but I did not see a single thing that I want to rush to buy this time. Bums me out. I usually get so inspired by the new catties. Not so this time.
Sigh.............oh well.

I sometimes wonder if the stamp artists read this too. I figure at that level of professional art you must know that some folks will love your work and some will not like it at all.
Erin, I knew you were teasing. I didn't think you were "that" upset about someone calling your bandaid ugly, lol.

I saw a cute card the other day with a REAL tiny bandaid and I actually thought to myself, I bet Erin would like this card, lol.

Have a great day!

My wish list totals about $200 and most of it is NOT new and only a few are must have I really want the mini milk carton die, Top note die, Got Treats stamp set and round tab punch. Thought about getting the XL scallop circle and large star but may just use my nesties for scallops and cricut for the star since I dont plan on getting any of the coordinating SU stamp sets. For Level 1 hostess, the silhouettes one is the best given my choices. Not sure Ill ever use it, but Ill try (this month is my hostess month).

I think SU should drop the host stamps and just give more free product and give discounted product. That way I can get what I want and not have to choose a stamp set I dont even like.

You know that is not a bad idea, throw out the hostess sets altogether and give more free stuff of your choice. Or if they keep them, let us do what we did at Sellabration, you can choose the Sellabration sets if you want or you can choose a set of equal value. I would be more likely to have a party then. You are so smart!!

I love that it's anthropomorphic. Anything like that with a face! love it!

You know I don't have any get well stamps, maybe I SHOULD get that set.

I had someone ask me if I had any bandaid stamps. She used to buy bandaid cards at a gift store that went out of business. I don't have any but I have a lot of bandaids. So I made a few cards with the bandaids on them and she bought them from me.

I've not bought anything from SU in a few years. I downloaded the catalog yesterday to browse through it. I found several new sets that I like. I am planning to contact a local demo and purchase some of the sets in the next month or two. I am also pleased with some of the colors they chose to add to the regular color families. The only disapointment I have is that some of the sets I want don't come unmounted. I prefer no wood. So I gues I will have to pay more and then mount them on EZMount.

You know, when you buy the variety pack of bandaids, I never use the tiny ones anyway. So why not use them on a funny get well card. Or glue it (in the paper) to the inside of the card above the sentiment.

Now I want to go make one. Have any sick friends anyone?? lol
