Looking for cd case 2017 calendar template

I just saw a post that Linda of Amuse Design Studios is closing the company. I'm sad, because Amuse was the first stamp company that I started collecting. She usually posted calendars in several sizes (mini, 4x6, cd case), and often asked for a reasonable donation to a charity for the download. I see Cat posted mini and bookmark calendar templates. Does anyone know of another stamper who has figured out a cd case calendar for 2017? I've been giving them as gifts for a few years running, and I would like to continue that tradition.

Thank you for continuing to watch for the printable calendar. Amuse actually came out with a series which you can get individually or as a whole set with a donation to a charity called GirlUp, which supports education, health and economic opportunities for girls. I don't understand what is happening with Amuse - maybe it was only the monthly kits part of the business that was discontinued. Here is the link to the calendars:
