Just wondering since I received my order and they sent me the wrong stamp (the stamp name is very similar!) probably due to a mixed up. I'm gonna email them. Just want to know if they're easy to deal and fast to deal with because I need the stamp to use for a birthday invitation.
I've never had to deal with returns, but I know that they have great customer service, so I would think it would be easy! I've ordered from there tons of times and have been nothing but happy with all of my orders!!! Let us know what you hear!!!

I too haven't dealt with returns but I've found them very prompt as far as customer service is concerned. You could probably e-mail Christine and ask her.
I had an issue with getting the wrong item once and it was handled great. In my case they just sent me the correct item and let me keep the wrong item. I don't know if they would do that in your case, but the my email was responded to very quickly and the correct item was shipped out the same day I emailed them.
I've never had a problem with them and have ordered several times. I'm sure she'll quickly correct the mistake.

Thanks for all your replies, ladies! I emailed them and rec'd an email from Eric saying the correct stamp is on the way as well as a mailer for me to send back the wrong one. I'm impressed at the prompt service! They have my business in the future!
I think they are fabamundo!! I LOVE ordering from them, prices are good, service is great, shipping is fast and in most cases for me ~ free. Only one order I received there were 2 items missing. I received nearly an instant reply to my email and the products were shipped lightning fast. I have no affiliation, just a very happy life long customer!

I've always been happy with them...when every other site says out of stock, they usually have it, and reasonable prices and shipping too! But like anything, people make mistakes once in a while..I'm sure they will clear it up quickly.

This might help you. I ordered on Dec. 6 (Sat. night) and just received my package. It was in excellent condition ( and it contained a liquid product!), packaged well (wrapped in bubble wrap inside the envelope), complete and FAST!
