There is so much to do here...but this is how I do it. First every morning I start out by viewing todays editions on the home page. Then I usually go to the Demo only forum, then the general stamping forum. If you just joined then you also need to subscribe so you can view the Dirty Dozen Gallery on the 15th of every month. It is awesome...but you have to be a paid member but it is worth the $20 a year beleive me. I would pay more...but dont tell anyone! HA! ;)

Anyway, that is how I use this site. There is lots more but that should get you started!

Welcome! SCS can be overwhelming at first, there is so much to see and read ... but just take your time ... I too look at "today's additions" on the home page and you'll see all the cards that people have uploaded recently. I spend most of my time in the general stamping forum (this one), but you may want to spend some time looking through the techniques forum and maybe go to the "gallery" and view the sets you particularly like, have and/or are considering purchasing. Ask lots of questions in this forum. We ladies will answer anything, even if its been asked before ... we dont mind! Check out the buy/sell/trade forum if you're looking for any particular set or if you have things to sell/trade. There is SO much to do ... mostly, just have fun and enjoy yourself here. Its a wonderful bunch of stampers who are unbelievably creative!!!! Have fun!

Hi and welcome!

A great feature--it's not a forum, but is a super feature of this site:

Go to Gallery at the top of the page

Find and click on a stamp set I currently have or am going to have :>

Click on the first card in the series

Click slideshow

Choose time delay

Enjoy and get inspired!

It allows you to see many pictures with not so much clicking!

Welcome again!

And don't forget to check out the resources link at the top right corner of the screen. There are tutorials for a bunch of techniques as well as projects. That is a great place to play.

As for me, I spend the majority of my time in the general stamping forum and in the Wish-RAK forum. RAK (random act of kindness) is a group membership that you have to ask to join. It usually takes a couple weeks to get into the group and then you can have fun sending your creations to others in the group to brighten their day. Wish-RAK is a sub-group in the RAK forum ~ you can wish for images from sets that you don't have (it's supposed to save you money but I end up wanting all the sets anyway  ) and you can grant others' wishes based on the sets that you do have. Its a ton of fun to get new images in the mail.

Most of all, just have fun exploring the entire site ~ there's a wealth of information here and everyone is very helpful if you have a question.

Have fun!! :-D

Okay my heads already spinning. Cannot wait. Right now don't have much time. I have the grandchildren here until tuesday and I meet my daughter halfway. But, after that look out. Now I can hardly wait. Maybe tonight I can peek and see what I can get into to. Thankyou all of you for your warm welcome's. I'm going stamping and scrapping at the neighbor right now.
