Demo sign-up problem with website?

I am trying to complete the demo agreement process on-line, but keep getting a server error. I get as far as the page "ready to get started", then get a server error page. Any suggestions??

I've been debating this for so long, it seems like a bad sign (maybe I shouldn't sig on to be a SU demo?)

Maybe it's a cookie problem? Security not set at the right level?

I know when they first started the online signup they were having problems, but I thought that was resolved.

When I signed up online last week it timed out a couple of times and I had to start over. This was because I'd get distracted with the kids for a few minutes. I think it just requires that you do it pretty fast. I hope this helps. The $75 deal was too good for me to resist, so I'm doing the hobby demo thing.

I had a lovely lady sign up under me Saturday and it worked just fine for her. Have you tried it again?

There should be the option for the $75 starter kit when you sign up online.

I got it all sorted out, I had to adjust the pop-up vlocker on the computer. Thanks everyone.

Give SU! a call - they walked one of my girls thru it - some issues are MAC related, cookies, etc - but they can guide you over the phone.
