Has anyone ordered from here? I ask, because my mother ordered some Cricut Cartridges for me and is having some problems. I just wanted to get feedback from others. I tried searching and splitcoast has encountered a problem.

I've ordered several things and we only had a problem once and it was because of the shipping. Just keep emailing them I am sure it will work out.

I am waiting on a Cuttlebug I ordered from them a couple of weeks ago through eBay. They have kept in contact and are just totally backlogged with orders from right after Christmas. I am expecting mine any day now (fingers crossed!).

I bought my Cuttlebug from them and shipping took longer than expected but they were prompt to reply emails and it finally did arrive.
