I finally broke down and bought one. It is so helpfull with the paper and ink and coordinating everything. I don't know why I didn't buy it sooner. I love it. I could stare at that circle all night. LOL I just wanted to share.
I agree! I am not very good at coming up with color combinations and the color wheel really helps. Also a good way to force yourself out of you comfort zone and try some new colors.

Yep - I agree too! I was surprised with some of the colour combos they suggest, but they do actually work! Like you said - stretches you out of your comfort zone.
I just got mine two weeks ago, and I look at it ALL the time -- I think there is something hypnotic about that wheel. I say to myself, "I wonder what colors they put with . . . and I spin the wheel to find the results! Seriously, I don't know why I waited so long to get it. It's great!
I wondered myself why I didn't get one sooner. I bought my first colour wheel 2 months ago (one of Bazill's) and now I have 3 (including SU's Colour Coach). They hang on my wall in my stamping space kind of like artwork now, because I love using them so much and like to have them handy. I can get into a rut colour-wise, and I love the way it makes me think of the colours in different terms. I'm also discovering how it really helps in planning a project, because I can plan exactly what colours I want in advance, and know exactly what the name of it is to order.
I also like to make it into a bit of a game sometimes when I don't have a specific project in mind ... you spin the wheel, and you take your chances! I close my eyes and spin it around (well, it doesn't spin too fast, but I try) and whatever it lands on is what I have to use.

Hi. I'm Nickelini, and I'm a colour junkie. I became addicted when I got my first box of Crayola 64s when I was three. I have no problems coming up with colour combinations. I own colour fans from five different paint companies. I need no help with finding great colour combinations. However . . .
I love the colour coach! It's so much fun. And many of the suggestions are not something I'd have come up with. Like someone said, I could look at it all night. Currently I'm challenging myself to make cards with all of the coordinating suggestions. So far I've posted six of forty-eight to my gallery (they're all labelled "color coach challenge: <name of main colour>" if any one is interested. I'm trying to add a few each week).
So whether you're colour challenged, or a colour junkie, the color coach is a must-have item.

My friend got one and we had another friend use it. She wents nuts over it and now I'm convinced that I must have one. Will be ordering it today. What timing to find this information from you ladies. Hope you all have a great day.
